Our Garden

In the spring of 2025 we started planting over 30 varietals of herbs on 1 acre of land out in Bellport, Long Island next to Early Girl Farms. We hosted dinners in the garden in the summer of 2025 before opening Cove. The 2026 harvest has produced enough herbs and flowers to have our farm be our sole source for both Cove and Gem Home.
